So very good. We ate this with roast potatoes and green beans.

 

I think the last time I had plank-grilled salmon was at Palisade in Seattle, on the trip four years ago (!!!) when I took this photo. The trip was the kickoff meeting of a great group of authors working on this project.

 

Wow, that seems like a long time ago, and also like yesterday. I and the interwebnets have changed quite a bit.
