This old wooden, cracked and sun beaten, faded globe sits in a window of the Bodie Schoolhouse. It looks out over what remains of the ghost town, of which a part is reflected in the window glass.
Seems kind of fitting with what's going on in the world.
I finally had to stop and catch these biggies before the frost comes. They are in a garden near the entry to my subdivision and I admire them everyday.

The new Flickr policy of banning artists if they showcase nudes without paying for a Pro account is completely unacceptable to me. This is censorship. And it is an expression of puritanism that has fallen out of our times.
I am strongly considering cancelling my Flickr Pro account because I don't want to support this policy and attitude with my money. Consequence may be that eventually my account gets deleted because it contains nude art works.
I am considering changing to Art Limited, a website based in Bordeaux, France. They have an art related approach and don't censor pictures. Take a look if you are interested.

I want to thank you once again for not overreacting to my overreacting to your sudden appearance once again in our house in the middle of the night once again wearing a disguise and carrying a sack. But you see my point? Good thing Mrs Claus makes you pack a spare suit now.
Anyway, I'll do better this year, promise.
As for what I want: materially, nothing-okay if you insist then a Chuckit of any kind and some rawhide strips, and you can throw in a jar of peanut butter; but if you could just spread a little more cheer around than usual on your other visits, I'd even give that up.
