20251031 Davidson Day School Lower School students joined the ECH Parade of Literature for the annual walk through the school watched by students, family, and faculty for the annual Halloween celebration. Upper School and middle school students also got to dress in costume for the day.

2025098 Davidson Day School sophomore class trip to Savannah, GA included both service and building community. The day began at the Boys & Girls Club where DDS students helped children with homework and more. The evening included bowling, arcade games and pizza. Thursday’s highlight was a day at Tybee Island with a service project at the YMCA, a tour of the Tybee Lighthouse and Battery, free time at the beach and dinner at North Beach Bar & Grill. Monday: Super Hero Day
In honor of World Day of Bullying Prevention, use your power for good!
Tuesday: Jersey Day
Wear your favorite team's jersey.
Wednesday: Country vs. Preppy
Wear either western wear or preppy attire.
Thursday: Patriot Day
Wear red, white, and blue for our pep rally and Under the Lights event.
Friday: Student-Teacher Swap
Students dress like teachers, and teachers dress like students.

20251111 Veterans Day Assembly - On Tuesday, November 11th, all students attended our Veterans Day Assembly. We honored Davidson Day's veterans, the Middle School band performed, and students heard from Retired Colonel Eric Wheaton of the US Air Force. All veterans in our community are welcome to attend.

20250924 Davidson Day School’s first Patriot Pal event of the year launched with a celebration of the new mission and core values and Spirit Day. Students met Patriot Pals in their classrooms and then brought them to the gym for an all school assemble.
