I take pictures of cars with one light out.
It started a couple years ago, when I began noticing quite a few cars with one of their daytime running lights burnt out. I mentioned it to several people and they said they've never noticed.
So, to prove it to them, and to myself, I started taking pictures of the cars and trucks that had the "winking" light. I actually created a little web site with the pictures and tallies of the cars and trucks to show my friends and neighbors the evidence.
It turns out most of the cars with one-light-out are the GM cars and trucks (as pictured here). If you're interested in the boring details, check out my web page here.
I've trimmed back on taking these pictures as of late, but every now and then, if I have my camera in hand and I see a burnt-out light, I'll snap a picture.

HOD is the substitute for HID, because the H.I.D can be modified to high brightness, but Luminous flux is low with poor focus intensity . As a result to affect the view of driver and the opposite driver which is not comply to safety requirement .

I installed a Daytime Running Lights module which turns on the front directional light filaments and the front side marker lights with the ignition.
The Daytime Running Lights turn off when the parking lights and/or headlights are turned on.
