Isle of May

I chose to work with Aurora HDR Pro to better bring that complete setting in the image, given what I perceived as a large dynamic range with the sun shining through the trees and more shadowed ares in the nearby woods. I later exported a TIFF image to DxO PhotoLab 4 where I did some final adjustments with contrast, saturation and brightness for the final image.

A wider angle view of previous shots I took in Kenai Fjords National Park. The others had focused on the trees and greens. This one I pulled back to capture a wide angle view, showing the rugged nature of the coastline. I was able to pull some of the detail from the clouds later using Capture NX2 and some CEP filters for the resulting image.
