My mom always dries the roses we get, and in the end it gets thrown away anyway, so... but it's pretty fun seeing it turn brown and crinkly and dry... I like dry roses better... Wow.

this was taken in the attic of the church office. we had a recording session this weekend, but the singer took a long time to record his part. so jon, dan, tiff, and i went to the attic where we talked about music (the three of them are either former or current music majors), crazy choir directors, never understanding what vocal coaches are trying to tell you, blogs, 珍珠奶茶, sci-fi (speaking of which, my friend lent me firefly. guess what i'll be watching this summer?)... sometimes it's nice being the youngest. haha.

my SATs are over. i feel so much more relaxed now :). about three more weeks until school gets out. *dancedance*.

summer '10 is going to be singapore, san francisco, and krabi beach.

last night, anna, my sis, and i went down to esplanade to catch david choi live. it was free-seating and anna - who is my hero now - managed to get us front row seats. at the end of the concert, as we were leaving, david choi gave my sister his set-list, which was awesomesauce.

he makes me so proud to be asian.

Toyota's HEYA campaign. It's a "select" group of 500 people who give feedback to Toyota about their products and campaigns and talk about even non-car related things. They also will fund projects. I mentioned the American Express campaign and they both admitted their firm wish they had thought of it first.

Here's David Choi being interviewed. I am sure you have all seen his videos on YouTube. He's exactly the same in real life. He has droopy eyes and slurred speech and acts like he's stoned. I don't have a problem with it. It's pretty funny, actually. Very talented and seems like a nice guy.
