The Santa Dash is a 5km run around Liverpool on 2nd December 2012
The Santa Dash has been going on for many years all around the world and this will be the 8th year that it has been held in Liverpool and runs from the Liver Buildings to the Town Hall (5km) and there is also a 1km Mini Santa Dash for children.
The Liverpool Santa Dash in now the largest Santa Dash int he WORLD!
But this year we have Newtown hot on our trail who were the original record holders. It is said that this is the last year that they are taking part and because of that they are determined to win…
…but we’ll beat them all!

The Dash HR is a timeless design that I created back in 2008 with an early version of LDD. It originally had 2 wide wheels front and back and I recently converted it to have the newer speed champions wheels and arches. I also added doors and changed the tail lights. However I recently discoverd that with very few modifications/ reversions, like loosing the doors and or reverting the rear wheel arches back to the two 2x2 inverted slopes, this car can be made in just about any color you want. Other mods include but are not limited to the rear exhaust pipes, and tail lights. Its a classic body style that is very customizable. It's powerd by a 348 Horsepower V8, has a 4 speed manual gear box connected to RWD. It has room for 2+ minifigures inside.

HMS Dasher, One of the numerous Archer class patrol vessels and one of the smallest ships in the Royal Navy. The entire ship is a scratch build to a 1:144 scale which produces a model of 5.5 Inches overall.
Ok , so I'm waiting to get my G7 back to take some serious photos. In the mean time I decided to try dash cam. I installed a mini tripod on the dash and just started snapping away. Tats all right the wife thinks I'm nuts also. ENJOY! As always best viewed LARGE.

Craven - short shifter, shift well cover, shift knob. Painted side towers and switch loops red.
Strobist info. Large foam core board sitting outside the car on to the right of the camera. Bounced a SB600 into the foam core. Had a smaller foam core board leaning against the inside of the drivers door to camera left. This provided a small amount of fill. Manually set a long exposure to get the dash lights registered and set the flash output to get correct lighting for the rest of the car.
