The little girl who was chosen to play the Deagan Organ Chimes with the Dans on this particular day had been holding a Perry the Platypus plush. So the obvious reaction by Jon and Jim was to also make Perry an honorary Dapper Dan as well. He got to stay in the show during the girl's chime debut, finding himself a temporary home in Dapper Jon's vest pocket.
there were these awesome dudes we called "zoot suits for obama" - not to be confused with the 50somethings we nicknamed "grownups for obama"- not to be confused with the "hipsters for obama" and all the rest of the people out there. this guy had such an awesome hat, and what you can barely see on the left- a sticker on one side (obama, obviously) and a feather on the right side. such style, such panache, such glee.
So it's that time again - Dapper day is coming up in April - fingers crossed as Disneyland is now closed till April :(
But this all started with this dress I picked up on our February get away :D and got the idea to make it a Cinderella feel. My shoes are on the way so fingers crossed they fit and are the perfect sparkle ;)
