Passionné(e) de voiture ancienne sentant bon la nostalgie ? du 17 au 22 avril 2023 pour la 32ème édition du célèbre Tour Auto 2023
Direction la Côte d’Azur pour les participants de la 32e édition du Tour Auto. Ce n’est pas moins que le Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte qui a été choisi pour orchestrer le départ du Tour Auto 2023.
Au cours de cette semaine intense, les pilotes passeront par des circuits mais également par des routes fermées. Au total, ce sont 130 voitures dans la catégorie Compétition et 108 en Régularité qui sont inscrites.
Dans le Morbihan, en bord de mer, les teintes d'automne ne sont pas très marquées, sans doute qu'il y fait trop doux. Mais dès que l'on rentre un peu dans les terres (ici à 35 km du bord de mer), c'est une explosion de couleurs.

The Raven:
Ravens are among the smartest of all birds, gaining a reputation for solving ever more complicated problems invented by ever more creative scientists.
The Raven is an acrobatic flier, often doing rolls and somersaults in the air. Young birds are fond of playing games with sticks, repeatedly dropping them, then diving to catch them in midair.
People around the world sense a certain kind of personality in ravens. Edgar Allan Poe clearly found them a little creepy. The captive ravens at the Tower of London are beloved and perhaps a little feared: legend has it that if they ever leave the tower, the British Empire will crumble.
Common Ravens can mimic the calls of other bird species. When raised in captivity, they can even imitate human words; one Common Raven raised from birth was taught to mimic the word “nevermore.”
The oldest known wild Common Raven was at least 22 years, 7 months old. It was banded and found again in Nova Scotia.

Sad to see this old house in such a state.
It was once a family house in the 1870s, later a casino, and a restaurant in numerous guises.
Playing With Light....
Christmas Eve Karen and I bundled up and made our way out into the falling snow, our plan was to capture some light painting shots of the snow fall and to try to be creative in the midst of a lockdown. this shot of Karen illuminating snowflakes falling in the park was a lot of fun to play with. I will post more shots of our adventure in the following days. keep posted. ..
