Les gorges d'Héric se situent à proximité de Mons-La-Trivalle dans le département français de l'Hérault et la région Languedoc-Roussillon.
Elles ont été creusées par l'Héric dans le massif du Caroux. Ces gorges sont situées au cœur du parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc.

We had lunch at D'Arcy MGee's public house on Sunday afternoon. Designed from the same "Irish Pub Kit" that brought you the abominable Fionn MacCool's, this establishment honours D'Arcy McGee, one of the Fathers of Confederation.
He was assassinated outside his apartment on Sparks Street in 1868, only blocks from where the pub is located. It is believed he was a victim of a Fenian plot, although this was never proven. His face was so badly mangled by the shooting that they had to cast a death hand for him, rather than a death mask.
"The Death Hand of D'Arcy McGee" was on display in a plexi glass box inside the pub's entrance. Ask not at whom the death hand points ... it points at thee!
