Transport is one of the hardest sectors to decarbonise, and following the Ministerial Declaration signed by eleven countries at COP30 in Belém, the coalition will present its new leadership and 2026–27 work plan at the ITF 2026 Summit, emphasising that resilient transport investment and emissions reduction go hand in hand.
