The Smoke Out is about choppers. It is about builders, from professional builders to those bloody-knuckled guys (and ladies) burning the midnight oil in an unheated shed to build a chopper they can call their own.
Chops of all makes are featured, American, British, Japanese, everything. The event is about riders, cross-town to cross-country in a rainstorm.

Since this Harley was painted in grey and black and the bike behind it was red ;-( I thought monochrome was the best bet.

1969 Triumph TR6 650cc built in the traditional bobber style.
"Customs built in the ‘bobber’ or hardtail style. On the typical bobber motorcycle, excess bodywork has been stripped away, and the fenders are usually removed or shortened.
All unnecessary hardware has been removed to cut weight—including the mufflers in many cases—and a single seat is usually fitted. Old-school handlebars are often installed too, with the wiring run inside for a clean look, along with classic ‘Bates’ style lighting." wiki

I thought I would post two wheels instead of four today, I am glad I did. This Harley was on display last Sunday night at the Pony Corral Cruise Night.
It is in the glasgow museum.. that is a honda 6 cylinder engine and the bike is a 1992 custom build competition winner.
