The people of car shows, something about this shot that I love, just seems like "old times" when life was simple, and good!

This is the actual car bought by Larry Watson new at the time of the big 4 passanger T Bird's introduction on to the market. He customized it as shown within a matter of weeks and the rest is history.

Hayling Island show... Back in the day when we were allowed out to play...

My old and classic car photos often result from chance encounters or happening upon a car show. One activity I enjoy is looking around areas of town where small speed stores, body shops and similar businesses are concentrated. You don't know what you'll stumble upon. Perhaps it'll be an early 50s pickup with beautiful patina, or a battered lambo awaiting a painful decision between refurbishing or a tragic afterlife in a junkyard. Or maybe a rusty 356 Porche, or perhaps a 1980 Z28 Camaro with just enough character and attitude to stir your inner car freak. It's all good stuff.
