This classic Mercedes has been in the family since new and bought back to the UK from Kenya; it had a terrible patched exhaust system which was so restrictive that the car hardly had any power. By building a whole new 304-grade stainless steel exhaust and made it sound like what it did back in the days, the customer was overwhelmed that it reminded him of what it sounded like when he was a boy.

By building a whole new 304-grade stainless steel exhaust and made it sound like what it did back in the days, the customer was overwhelmed that it reminded him of what it sounded like when he was a boy.

This customer had a few issues with the car’s exhaust, someone preciously had emptied the cats out and due to rust was in overall poor condition, especially the internals. He loved the car but hated the dull quietish sound, he didn’t was a 24 hours a day booming boy racer sound. We suggested building him a full cat back exhaust with new catalytic converters, Louter valves were installed so he can have a nicer burble during idle and day to day driving but full performance and sound on acceleration all controlled by a simple remote fob.
This Audi A3 owner loves his car but not the sound, so we built him a complete mandrel bent cat back exhaust system with Louter valve so he had best of both world, sensible sound when valve is closed and pops and bangs with the valve open. He was super happy with the results.
All exhausts are not the same, and a lot of our work is rebuilding exhausts again where customers have gone to cheaper companies only to regret their decision afterwards.

Audi A3 TFSI S Line 2016. This customer had an exhaust built by another company but was unhappy with the tinny sound. It was leaking at the joints, and worse still, cheap mild steel clamps were used to secure the tubes together. He wanted it built with a valve to give him some control over the sound. The rear tailpipes were unsightly as they were on one side only.
We rebuilt the entire cat-back exhaust and installed a louter Valve but most importantly, the sound was dramatically improved due to the mufflers used. The rear exits were enhanced by building a true dual system.
Our customer was delighted with the work gave us a 5-star rating. All exhaust companies are not the same, buy cheap-buy twice.

The 6152/1 was the original '40/'50s combat diver watch developed by Panerai for the Italian navy. A further evolution of this model would in the '90s be revived as the more modern and mainstream Panerai Luminor watch.
I greatly prefer the styling of the classic 6152/1 and wanted a watch that had the vintage looks, but a more modest modern 44mm case size. This piece was custombuilt and has the '1950' style curved case, double pencil brass hands, base sandwich dial, superlume, domed plexiglass, ammo leather strap and a vintage (1952) Molnija 3601 movement. The Molnija is significant because the original 6152/1 had a Rolex movement, made by Cortebert. Cortebert licensed this design to the Russian Molnija, which makes this movement the spiritual brother of the Rolex movement in the original watch.

He wanted to make sure he had a sportier sound during everyday driving but wanted to hear it loud when accelerating. We suggested a system using the Louter exhaust valves which would give him the best of both worlds, almost like having a volume control. He was ecstatic on hearing his new dual quad system and couldn’t have thanked us enough.
This customer Has a fantastic looking car, but the sound was letting him down. He wanted to improve the sound so he can enjoy the car and the 5.7-litre engine but didn’t wish to have loud Drone. We built him an excellent exhaust system with an X-pipe using our Profusion Mufflers which are designed for high power engines and deliver that deep sound with an increase in performance.
A 'Custombuilt' vehicle named Gizzard.
This may appear to resemble a one-off hotrod, however it is also an interesting marriage of a number of vehicles, put together in the last few years.
As mentioned on the placard in front, this thing is a shotgun marriage of:
- 1978 Datsun 620 - Chassis and brakes.
- 1930 Studebaker/Erskine 53W-2 4-door bodyshell, shortened to 2 door pickup.
- Ford Model T - doors
- 1925 Dodge - Front guards and grille
- Vauxhall Viva - roof skin (observers agreed that it would likely be HA, due to that model's overall flat panels)
- 1966 Ford Mustang - 200cu 6-cylinder with 3 speed gearbox (the original vehicle itself would likely have since had a V8 conversion)

We built him a perfect stainless steel manifold back exhaust, as we have around 140 different mufflers, we were able to keep the sound low while increasing the performance. He was overwhelmed and extremely happy with the results. We were glad he did his research in making sure he found the right company that would build the exhaust to complement the car as most people go for the cheapest quote and suffer the consequences.

He wanted to keep to an original look as the car was immaculate and did not want a loud exhaust sound. We built him a perfect stainless steel manifold back exhaust, as we have around 140 different mufflers, we were able to keep the sound low while increasing the performance. He was overwhelmed and extremely happy with the results. We were glad he did his research in making sure he found the right company that would build the exhaust to complement the car as most people go for the cheapest quote and suffer the consequences.

Nissan 350Z 2004 Custom Built Exhaust By Profusion Customs
This customer purchased a well known ready to bolt-on cat-back exhaust from eBay six months ago. He was up in arms as the internal baffles and packaging had broken down, and the sound was terrible. He asked us to remove it entirely and build him a new cat back exhaust complete with two new flex pipes. We built him a downpipes back exhaust complete with new stainless steel flexible pipe, a sports cat and replaced the entire exhaust with a 304 grade stainless steel one. due to the quality of our silencers we were able to control the sound.
The customer gave us a 5 star rating for our work.

For the sixth year in a row I created a Christmas Lego exhibition for the mall Moldetorget, in down town Molde. This is the third year that we placed it in the window of Norway's oldest photo store, Birkeland Foto AS.
This year I created a Christmas market. You can see a Xmas tree seller, a toy maker, a woman selling food and decorative items and a Pizzeria/Bakery. At the end of the street is a church.
90% of what you see is custom built by me, but there are some models from Lego as well.
Oh, and I also included a lot of film, comics, TV and nerdy references. Can you spot them?
Fireplace mantel made from an authentic beech beam recovered from a barn in Western NY. The wood was cut 100-150 years ago and the trees could have been 200-300 years old. They were saplings somewhere from the late 1600s, early 1700s. The wood is dense and the rings are very tight. When I hold wood I can feel the time and history encapsulated in it. Old wood is not junk wood at all. It has an aura about it. I commune with wood...not is some silly supernatural way...but in the knowledge that it was part of the last wild landscapes of America. It clearly has no memory in the sense that we humans do, but via our knowledge of plants and history we can realize the long spans (relative to human lifespans) of time these trees occupy. Furthermore these trees yielded far superior wood. These trees grew under heavy selection pressures and were strengthened by many long winters, many "once in a century" storms, droughts, floods, the digging, nibbling and pecking of animals, and the effects of humans.
Aesthetically speaking this beam ended up with a blonder color than beech usually does. Normally old beech is browner. This particular beam was whitewashed with a lime-based paint which seems to have bleached the surface to give this pretty blonde color. Wherever there was no whitewash the "normal" brown color spilled through. The wood we use, being real barn wood from actual old barns, has unique, non fakable qualities. Each piece has its own personality, dut to its age, its cut, its use, sun and weather exposure, etc... Only when you finish it (cleaning, light sanding, polyurethane) does its unique characteristics really come out. I'm happy with this piece and more importantly its owners love it.
Having built hundreds of custom exhausts for the entire Mustang cars, we could see at a glance that whoever made the previous system had built it very badly. The exhaust gasses were throttled by a merger that was like a straw, restricting the flow.
We removed it and built a proper exhaust with the correct size tubing. An X-pipe was fitted to improve the performance and Profusion 304 mufflers to deliver that much needed deep sound to compliment the car.
The customer was so happy with the work that he gave us a massive tip.
