A beautiful 2015BMW 428i M Sport . The exhaust on this car had almost come to the end of its life. And the customer not only wanted an exhaust to last a lifetime but the performance had to be improved. The most important thing was the sound. As much as he wanted a loud exhaust, it was essential to have it quiet when it suited him. As his original exhaust was one sided, he replaced the diffuser to upgrade to a dual exhaust.
We built him a Turbo back exhaust system with a high flow catalytic converter. Straight through silencers which delivered a deep tone. A Louter valve was installed and branched off to a dual exhaust to finish the look. We were given an excellent review for our hard work.

This is Under the Hood of the Batmobile, just to show off the engine installed. Nothing special.
This classic is a perfect example of what a Mercedes 560SEC should be like, the only thing that was letting it down we the original exhausts system, which has seen better days. It sounded nothing like what a V8 should. The worst thing about classic was is that at the internal parts of the exhaust break down and cause restrictions which in turn affect the overall running of the vehicle. Somewhere along the line, it had low-quality downpipes fitted. We had to build him a complete mandrel manifold back exhaust system which was complicated. However, after a few days of hard labour, we managed to give him the V8 sound he wanted, much better performance from the Tri-Y manifolds and will last a lifetime. A car well maintained will always appreciate, this 560s were already rising in prices and built by engineers and not white-collar men just looking for profits.

This customer went to another exhaust company and was ripped off, they gutted out his catalytic converter and charged him £1600 for the pleasure, unhappy with what they did, he came to us for unbiased professional opinion, realising how he was conned, we built him a full manifold back exhaust with four new cats and a complete lifetime warranted exhaust system. Range Rover Sport HSE V6 2017. This vehicle had a standard restrictive exhaust system, but there was no sound from the exhaust, making it a boring drive.
We built a complete cat-back exhaust with an X-Pipe to improve the performance. We tested it for sound by trying several silencers to get to the perfect combination. The customer now has an exhaust built for life, improved performance, a deep tone that is not too loud and finished off with beautiful tailpipes.

Nissan 350Z 2004 Custom Built Exhaust By Profusion Customs
This customer purchased a well known ready to bolt-on cat-back exhaust from eBay six months ago. He was up in arms as the internal baffles and packaging had broken down, and the sound was terrible. He asked us to remove it entirely and build him a new cat back exhaust complete with two new flex pipes. He also requested to build in this specific configuration so not only did it sound good but looked fantastic too.

This customer had a few issues with the car’s exhaust, someone preciously had emptied the cats out and due to rust was in overall poor condition, especially the internals. He loved the car but hated the dull quietish sound, he didn’t was a 24 hours a day booming boy racer sound. We suggested building him a full cat back exhaust with new catalytic converters, Louter valves were installed so he can have a nicer burble during idle and day to day driving but full performance and sound on acceleration all controlled by a simple remote fob.

This customer Has a fantastic looking car, but the sound was letting him down. He wanted to improve the sound so he can enjoy the car and the 5.7-litre engine but didn’t wish to have loud Drone. We built him an excellent exhaust system with an X-pipe using our Profusion Mufflers which are designed for high power engines and deliver that deep sound with an increase in performance.
This customer Has owned this 560SEC for 20 years which he imported from California. The emission system and the broken internal baffles caused significant restrictions in vacating the spent gasses quickly. He wanted to keep to an original look as the car was immaculate and did not want a loud exhaust sound. We built him a perfect stainless steel manifold back exhaust, as we have around 140 different mufflers, we were able to keep the sound low while increasing the performance. He was overwhelmed and extremely happy with the results. We were glad he did his research in making sure he found the right company that would build the exhaust to complement the car as most people go for the cheapest quote and suffer the consequences.

This car belongs to a vehicle tuning company and they wanted to release maximum performance so a 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust was built along with a Louter exhaust valve to unleash the full potential and make the car sound exhilarating.
This customer was not happy with the performance and felt the original OEM exhaust was too restrictive and wanted to release some more horses. His biggest concern was that he had heard many ST exhaust sounds, and the last thing he wanted was an embarrassing boy racer sound. We suggested a full mandrel bent exhaust with Profusion 304-grade straight-through mufflers; Profusion mufflers are built to keep the sound under control whilst delivering maximum performance. This customer was over the moon with the result.

Mini Cooper S 2009. This customer had an immaculate mini but the exhaust would let him down. The sound was non existent but he certainly didn’t want a boy racer sound. He also wanted to improve the look of the tail pipes.
We built him a at back exhaust including a flex pipe that was beginning to leak. controlling the sound with the correct muffler but finishing it off with larger than original titanium tail pipes with blue burn ends.

My new Baum Corretto - custom titanium with a custom paint job inspired by the Molteni jersey made famous by Eddy Merckx.
The bike was built by Darren Baum and painted by Jared Bailey of Baum Cycles, North Shore, Victoria, Australia.

This customer Had a standard exhaust but a 5 litre engine that he couldnt enjoy and missing a nicer deeper tone. He wanted to make sure he had a sportier sound during everyday driving but wanted to hear it loud when accelerating. We suggested a system using the Louter exhaust valves which would give him the best of both worlds, almost like having a volume control. He was ecstatic on hearing his new dual quad system and couldn’t have thanked us enough.
Audi A3 TFSI S Line 2016. This customer had an exhaust built by another company but was unhappy with the tinny sound. It was leaking at the joints, and worse still, cheap mild steel clamps were used to secure the tubes together. He wanted it built with a valve to give him some control over the sound. The rear tailpipes were unsightly as they were on one side only.
We rebuilt the entire cat-back exhaust and installed a louter Valve but most importantly, the sound was dramatically improved due to the mufflers used. The rear exits were enhanced by building a true dual system.

This Nissan Elgrand was in immaculate condition however the customer needed it to look and sound better as it only had a hidden turn down tailpipe.
We rebuilt the rear section, to improve the looks by installing Profusion limited edition tail pipes, one on either side. The bumper was trimmed using specialist equipment to give it an OEM finish.
