Bears at my boyfriend's family's house. I love bears, and the fact that one of the bears is a lion doesn't make it any less deserving of cuddles!

Merry Leigh, a 2 1/2 year old Western lowland gorilla, cuddles close to her mom on a chilly December day. The temperature finally went above 50 degree and the gorillas were able to come out of their indoor habitat into their outdoor area. But the cooler temperatures turned Merry Leigh into a cuddle bug much of day. We have had so much rain in Atlanta on the week-ends that I was so happy to once again get back to the zoo and photo my favorite residents, the gorillas.
