DELAVNICA: Sodobne spletne tehnologije in osnove svetovnega spleta
Na delavnici si bomo ogledali predvsem novosti spletnih tehnologiij HTML5 in CSS3. Ker v starejših specifikacijah omenjenih tehnologij ni bila predvidena funkcionalnost, ki jo danes rabimo za razvoj spletnih strani oz. spletnih aplikacij, sta v razvoju novi verziji. Omogočata nam povsem nove možnosti pri razvoju in tudi dosti “bljižnic” do funkcionalnosti, za katero moramo sedaj preskočiti kar nekaj ovir. Poleg manjših, za oko zanimivih, primerov HTMLja in CSSa, bomo spoznali nekaj osnov PHPja in JavaScripta. Glede na to, da dandanes spletne aplikacije ne živijo samo v brskalniku, si bomo za konec še pogledali tehnologijo AIR, ki nam omogoča izdelavo manjših namiznih aplikacijah, ki delujejo na več platformah. Vse skupaj bomo zaokrožili z nasveti kje iskati in najti pomoč za lažji razvoj sodobnih spletnih strani.

An institution which represents a dream of a visionary who came to the city with no money, no assistance, no shelter, no direction but an ambition to do something in life that would immortalize him; Pramod Films is a company formed out of the thirst to succeed by Pramod Chakravorty (a veteran producer-director of yesteryears) and since its inception in 1962 is responsible for churning out numerous commercially successful blockbuster cinema with substance; & today Pramod Films is on the verge of completing 50 years in the Indian film industry.
The last activity at Pramod Films lasted till 2004 when the legendary Pramod Chakravorty passed away. rvr16 were faced with a challenge to bring back the temporarily sleeping Cinema Giant and catapult it back into the ever increasing market. Prateek Chakravorty, grandson of Mr. Pramod Chakravorty now carries the mantle and the company altogether. Our team initiated a Re-Branding Mission to support how we wished to catapult Pramod Films back into the scene.
Before rvr16’s involvement with the project, however, no tangible materials for such existed, except for a few photographs. As Brand Consultants and Expert Designers, rvr16’s first challenge was re-defining the brand and then strategically creating an informative, entertaining and aesthetically appealing brand site that would draw an audience and inspire to take steps toward a new mission. Our team of award winning BFA Artists designed a timeless Brand Identity Logo. We followed agile principles of Logo Designing with Guideline Notions and Architectural approaches. With the use of the latest HTML 5 and CSS3 Technologies, our expert team of Designers and Developers teamed up to come up with a horizontal parallax site www.pramodfilms.com .
In terms of creative strategy we opted to give a very Cultural and Impact look to the logo matched with a clean and timeless look to the whole website. Like always, a proper standard for the guidelines was maintained. The website is made multi platform compatible across all browsers with multiple testing sessions. The website will be yet another of it’s kind from the team to be submitted for the CSS Awards Gallery and be nominated for the same.
rvr16 is now coming up with an Animated version of the logo which will use various Production and Post Production techniques to merge Vector Display and 3D Display together along with high end Dynamic Effects. Stay Tuned !
