A Repurposed Goods app is in the works! Built with HTML5/CSS3 on the Baker Framework using the Laker Compendium and some back UX designer hacking skills. The objective, build a magazine that is transferable to all screens (responsive design + adaptive design = YEA!). The magazine's initial purpose is to deliver additional DIY guides and articles on the industry of repurposing with a focus on pallet use. Spring Edition, here we come!

Voici une capture d'écran de mon site de parrainages aux meilleurs sites de ventes privées. Il s'agit d'une mise à jour qui privilégie le CSS3 pour les effets de mise en forme, avec des ombres, dégradés de couleurs et coins arrondis.

J'ai opté pour une mise en forme de type grille, avec des blocs rectangulaires incluant un logo, un texte de présentation et un bouton de Call to action très visible, avec un effet de hover dynamique.

Afin de souligner les différents blocs et de pousser les visiteurs à cliquer, j'ai ajouté des effets de hover grâce à la librairie javascript Jquery, que je charge via le loader head.js. Le résultat est propre et, je pense, plutôt convaincant.

KidKoo is a communication app that’s assigned to kids by their school counselor or school therapist. Students identified as being at-risk due to behavioral changes (anxiety/depression, absenteeism; etc.) at home or at school would have scheduled and non-scheduled check-ins with their therapist during and after school. At this stage, the app allows the child to write into 6 input fields, each input field represented by a different emotion, Happy, Proud, Disappointed, Worried, Sad and Angry. The posts go directly to the counselor, who can review the posts and based on the information provided by the child, can better prepare for meetings with the child and research and implement resources if needed. If the child were to use any red-flag words in the post, such as hate or hurt, those words would be highlighted for the counselor.
