Crop fields ready to harvest

A Blueberry Crop dusted by winter snow

Theoretically speaking, you could refer to this as an aerial

application - Just not from a plane :-)

Dormant blueberry bushes turn a beautiful shade of red throughout the winter

After ignoring a sign that said "danger" and moving on a narrow trail we ended up in this magnificent place.

I noticed that white rock with dark spots on it, and as we got closer I realized that those tiny black dots were in fact birds (most probably Brandt's Cormorants) !

This is a 100% crop from a photograph I posted earlier titled "Birds at Golden Gate National Park" so the birds are visible on the huge rock ! But I think seeing the overall view was more pleasant.

UPDATE: Explored on July 7th 2015

Sorry for the bad photography pun...

Thank you for visiting!

The theme of Macro Mondays for this week is Redux. I chose the curves theme and have cropped this one quite a bit. Color processing always feels challenging and this one was no exception. I hope this brightens your day and serves as reminder that we all have challenges that we need to work on overcoming.

(3 image HDR).. Just love all the lines 'n' patterns.. in this.. best viewed in Large..

Have a happy.. blessed.. peaceful Sunday.. thanks for looking..

Flowers from The Botanical Gardens in Saint Jacques, NB

Taken near to me with the trees that i have included a few times with other crops during the years..

Looks very similar to rape seed oil as it does appear in April.

I did take a few over a period this afternoon but liked the sky in this one.

UPDATE Confirmed as Oil Rape Seed

New Crop Everyday you can tell it is Fall, aptly named because stuff falls from the trees, everyday. It is a pleasant time of year though, found in North Carolina.

Decided to crop that annoying alder branch out of the image. Little fellow found himself the perfect spot, surrounded by alder bushes, to annoy any pesky photographer that came along.

Which image to you like better?

Bumper Crop oak tags and pollen are pretty strong right now and blowing around in the light winds.

Out for a drive and this beautiful cloud was raining on the canola crop. It is so nice to see some rain to help our crops grow. Saskatchewan prairie, Canada.

Thank you for viewing my sky art photography.

Kereru feather crop to help appreciate the amazing colours. I can hear KB asking "where do they get all the gold?" although in this case it would be where did they get all the thing that makes them shimmer like this?
