I crocheted the daffodil bulb

I micro crocheted this rabbit with crochet hook 0.75

It is 8 cm long

It takes a lot of patience.

Even though the proportions are not quite right, I think it turned out pretty well for the first time.

Of course I will continue micro crocheting and hope to show a better version of the rabbit soon.

If it's going to work out I'll try crocheting even smaller with crochet hook 0.50 and sewing thread.

To be continued.

Thanks for the interest and comments

By the way...I named him Flip ;-)

A very long time ago, I crocheted this little pouch to hold my Apple iPod Nano.... I have no idea how it works anymore, but I kept this pouch hanging on a knob in my sewing room!

I made this bracelet many years ago from gold elastic thread, brass buttons and gold-colored beads.

Crocheting is my hobby so I need many hooks for that. And some yarn.

I made this for my husband, who has a dark blue betta fish with red fins. There's a shiny blue pillow underneath, shaping the body and showing through as "scales", just as the light blue scales on the real thing show when direct sun hits the real fish. I'll try to link here when I get the wikiHow article(s) done about this one.

I've done this little basket to store all my feet beauty products, but it turned out too small. It's cute anyway.

Bag for my yarns, inspired by nicely blooming Fuchsia on my balcony

Oh...., and I cut a square out of the back of office folder, made 8 little holes and sewed at the bottom (inside) of my bag, it gives my bag nice and firm look

I started this last year - it will be done by this summer I think...

Another one of my recent crocheted bags that I made for the craft markets.

A possible layout for the Babette Blanket (Interweave Crochet, Spring 2006). However, after seeing them laid out I think I'm going to make the blanket bigger. I'm working on an additional strip for the bottom edge.

UPDATE: see enlarged and seamed blanket here and here.

Admiring the architecture in Rome we came across this Smart car which had been decorated with a natty, crocheted cover! Never seen anything like this before!

ADDED 25/7/10 Found out that this was done by the artist Magda Sayeg for the Roman Arts Festival, “Il Lusso Essenziale.” Thanks for all the pointers!

I'm glad so many of you have added this as a favourite - but please don't repost on your own photostream without an acknowledgment. Thanks.
