If it’s not a word, it should be!

And if you are going to be a rebel, you’d better make sure that you regularly recharge your rebelliousness. Carry your rebelalyzer with you everywhere you go, ready to fire up your rebellious attitude!

A rebelalyzer? It’s one of those words that in the context of a phrase just makes perfect sense. It came to me during a discussion out on the golf course with a good friend - we were talking about careers & jobs, & how some people just end up thinking about the world differently - and seeing everything in a different way. They end up in odd jobs - perhaps, like mine.

Rebels? They’re the ones who can reinvent the world at the drop of a hat. That’s because rebellion has a lot to do with creativity, and creativity is the root of all innovation. You can’t have the latter without the former.

Steve Jobs captured the essence of the reality of rebels in his quote: “Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes… the ones who see things differently…” To get ahead, be a rebel!

Be at odds with other people because you view the world through a different lens. Be eager to cast off the past in order to develop a future that will be very, very different!

Change your view of what is permanent - be ready to tear apart the conventional business models that have guided you for ages. Adopt different ideas as to the nature of the product or service that is to be delivered. Be eager to change everything around you to create a future as you see fit.

Be ready to be marginalized though, because people treat the rebellious differently. Your rebellious attitude in changing the future can make you rather unlikable by many! Round pegs don’t like square ones.

That’s why you need to keep your rebellion in place & have a shield against those who will rebel against your rebelliousness. You will need to fire up your rebel energy at every moment!

That’s why you need to carry around a rebelalyzer!

I admit to playing with the colors in PS on this one, trying to get that older, retro super saturated effect - I just love this sign

if the Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe were set in Florida, this would be Mr. Tumnus' lamp post

Statistics can be dangerous: representing these Russian dolls by their average height, would really miss the point. To learn more see blog Url: catchthevision.wordpress.com

Face expressions always give an impression. Here the picture shows that she is very innovative.

if you've lived in Orlando a while, you probably know our local TGLee cow - what you might not know is that she wasn't always up there-but she kept getting nabbed or painted during high school football seasons, so they eventually put her out of reach.

this made me choke on soda when I saw, I began laughing so hard.....and yes, I edited in the title - it needed a title

When you start out on a safari, you should always get your bearings, I think. so I looked up, to the crow on our house, for guidance & a little early morning inspiration.

The critical thinking process prevents our minds from jumping directly to conclusions. Instead, it guides the mind through logical steps that tend to widen the range of perspectives, accept findings, put aside personal biases, and consider reasonable possibilities. This can be achieved through six steps: knowledge, comprehension, application, analyze, synthesis, and take action. Below is a brief description of each step and how to implement them.
