The Pillars of Creation are gigantic towers of gas and dust located in the center of the Eagle Nebula which is about 6000 light years away, and each pillar is estimated to be approximately 4 light years high. It is an area much studied by astronomers, since in 1995 the Hubble Space Telescope focused its mirrors towards the pillars and a missing link was discovered in the process of star's birth, since embryonic stars that were about to hatch could be photographed from the pillars.

Creation Nation event put on at my localish lego store this past weekend (Sept. 28-30). In the event, people can build their own contribution towards the map of the US.
I helped out on Sunday after being asked to do so by the assistant manager,
I worked from 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM and then helped clean up from 6:00 to 10:15 PM ( there was still a lot left when we left).
While working, I did every thing from placing builds, handing out baseplates, refilling brick bins, taking apart the "unworthy" builds, to other stuff.
After 6:00 came the kidzilla attack! XD
Clean up was very long. We had to separate all the bricks (even plate-built ones). It took 4+ hours to clean it all up. All of us, employees, BayLUG, and volunteers, hated the plate-built bricks, that an the Mega Blocks we found within the Lego.
There were a few BayLUG members there too.
I think there might be a few pics of me in here, but they don't show all of me, just parts. Sorry for any blurry pics, my mom took these :P
