Fog surrounds the unfinished Deansgate Square development on Owen Street, Manchester.
When visiting the Christmas Markets in 2015, I remember parking on the Owen Street NCP right where these towers now stand. The contractors Renaker were still towing cars off the site when they broke ground in 2016.
