For the "I am beautiful project" group

This is hard, especially since I do not find myself beautiful, but it is for the group and maybe to try to boost my self-esteem a bit :) Happy tuesday (and no this is not the way I use to do my make-up, it is all Photoshop :))

Gonna upload some oldies for I haven't had time to shoot a lot lately :( (but I have been drawing and painting a lot lately, not very well I might add but I just love doing it!)

I moved into my apartment this week, which is so beyond weird. And I also do not have wifi or cable which is kind of problematic for a teenager... So please excuse my absence!

And I also start collage on Tuesday ( I am ecstatic no Monday class :) ) so I can always have a three day weekend! So I am trying to save some of my ideas for school projects.

Another reason why I uploaded this is because, this is my best friend and she has been gone for three months and has finally come back! So welcome back to California, Casey!

One of the Interesting things about liquid art is the results are unpredictable. Of the hundreds of images I have done, no two ever look alike. And even though I would love to reproduce some of them, I simple have not been abel to accomplish that task. Word to the wise put a not responsible for died skin or hair in the contract. Everyone will end up pink, green, orange, yellow, gold etc……

Nicky was the best fun, she said she was dying to try one of the bikes that were blasting around the skatepark as we did our shoot. I asked a 10 year old boy if he wanted a picture of a pretty girl on his bike? He looked me deadpan in the face and said "Not Really". I nearly pissed myself laughing, fortunately his father had other ideas and happily loaned us another bike.

4) After spending quite some time looking at how the character has evolved over time, I wanted to create my own version of Harley Quinn =) A mix of aaall her looks :p

I watched Tim Burton's Sweeny Todd the other day with my good friend Ally. I fell in love with the way that film looks (completely my aesthetic) and wanted to do sort of a tribute to the make up in that movie. So here is what I came up with.

I liked some others from this shoot better, but they didn't have the blood element or they were blurry. I've never chosen a 365 that I didn't comepletely like the best, but fuck it... not the end of the world.

This is muh beautiful girlfriend Alicia. We got bored tonight, so we decided to experiment...neither of us EVER do these kind of shots (crazy make up and ?glamorous looking? haha)...Anyway, this is what we got tonight!

I actually dig these kind of shoots...more like this, but way better, soon to come!

p.s. i got a new 24 inch monitor, and the colors are still off....these may look different on your computers =/ im working on calibrating it asap.
