Doll Quilt made with flea market fancy, using the liberated baskets. I really hope my partner likes it - I kind of just went with where my creativity took me.

Super easy and fun! As an added bonus you can put your own scents and colors in. Some recipes say just to add powdered kool aid or drink mix, for color and scent. But i didn't want mine to be tempting to eat, and we don't drink those drinks. I added lavender essential oil and some food coloring! My kids love this dough, its easy to clean up, smells great - and you can make it custom colors.

I followed the recipe here:

Aplogies for the scary karate chop girl. It was just before bedtime.

From Ottobre Woman 5/2008 called Raglan Sleeve Wool Jersey Top. It has three pleats at the shoulder (a bit hard to see here) I made this top from a cotton /elastane knit (from craftymamas) and it worked fine.

The skirt is my own four-gore pattern made from some sort of stretch woven with an interesting texture, a remnant from Tessutii in Melbourne.

This photo is from early last year.

Made with Make It Perfect's Basic Tee pattern and embellished with an iron-on velour from Crafty Mama's.
