Thanks for the visits, comments, awards, invitations and favourites....♥
Thanks for taking time to comment, always highly appreciated. have a very fine evening and upcoming weekend, dear flickr friends 🌞
This bridge was originally located northwest of Marshall, Indiana. It was relocated to Billie Creek Village in 1979. Unlike most of the covered bridges in Parke County, this bridge is named after the Beeson family who lived nearby (most are named after the the town they are located in or the river they cross.). This bridge also survived two different arson attempts in 1979 before it was relocated.
Also note this bridge does not have the famous words "Cross this bridge at a walk" as most other covered bridges in Parke County. This is most likely due to it being located on private property and not passable by vehicular traffic.
Built: 1906
Built by: Frankfort Construction Company
Total Length: 55 ft.

Soon new work in progress as i am back from vacation.. :)
Built in 1826, a 189 foot long timber-framed covered bridge crosses the Ottauquechee River in the Taftsville village of Woodstock, Vermont . It is probably one of the most photograph covered bridges in the state.
If you make the trip to Galveston to photograph the cemetery I promise you won't be disappointed, its located at 42nd Street and Broadway. These photos represent just a small area of what is covered in beautiful flowers and were taken with my phone as that was all I had with me. One year I even took a 6' step ladder to get an overview shot. Cemetery is located at 42nd Street and Broadway

A black and white, Lensbaby photo of a weathered old wooden barn in a snow covered field. With a focus on the structure, the lens adds a bit of blur around the edges of the photo. The scene evokes the quiet solitude of a rural winter landscape, where the history of the structure tells a silent story of it’s survival against the elements.

Imagine walking down a street and finding a tree covered in red and blue stars. This was the final transition of white flowers changing into blue fruits...and the pink calyx now a red star. Thank you, Peanut Butter tree!
Covered Bridge weathered wood tucked in the trees, charming but is now on private property in the Chimney Rock area of North Carolina.
This has been posted before but I have redone it for the Slider's Sunday Group... Happy Sliders Sunday, Everybody!!

Raw photo found from 2020 and just processed. Liked the lattice reflection in the water and mixture of light and shadows on the trees.
