Golden Islands Cottages is built with the local architectural tradition of stilt house.
The hotel is owned and run by Pa'O National Organisation (PNO). It is the political organisation of the Pa'O ethnic group that has an autonomous territory in the mountainside east of Inle Lake.
PNO is funded by the profit from the hotel.
It is an oldest stilt house hotel in Inle Lake.
PNO obtained knowhow to run a resort hotel through their British supporter. I guess the ideas of running a hotel to fund a political organisation as well as building a hotel as a local stilt house architecture also may have come from, or influenced by, their British connection.

Wander sandy beaches and golden meadows taking in the pastoral beauty, and experience the peaceful nature of Rosemoor. A gently rolling landscape where horses wander and the sounds of nature fill the senses, this new creation from Arol Lightfoot and Krys Vita is must see and a wonderful place to while away an SL afternoon.
This little cottage stands by the river Crouch at Hullbridge. I thought it looked pretty here catching the last of the evening sunlight.

Another shot from Oct 21 trying to catch the last rays of the sun, some sunsets are legendary made so by the foreground you can include or the colors that typically appear and some are a little more subdued but they are all still good practice for me to add to the editing finished pile.
I have spent the past several days working on another artistic endeavor this one is my annual holiday light display which has been blessed this year with unseasonably warm weather so I could be on the ladder with flip flops versus snow boots.
Even in the wilderness you have neighbors this shot captured here is from the end of our dock looking towards the next cottage on our right side, my Dad always said high fences make for great neighbors but so do long stretches of water.
I took this on Oct 21, 2020 with my D850 and Tamron 15-30mm G2 Lens at 30mm 1.3 sec f/16 ISO64 processed in LR, PS +Lumenzia, Topaz , and DXO

This delightful cottage is located in the village of Great Ouseburn, North Yorkshire.
Great Ouseburn and the nearby village of Little Ouseburn both take their name from the River Ouse
Pilots cottages on Llanddwyn. The pilots also manned the lifeboat station which was later run by the RNLI. A small light was established in 1823 by the Caernarfon Harbour Trustees as a navigational aid for entering the Menai Straits and Caernarfon harbour.

The famous climbing Hut Black Rock Cottage is situated on the access road to the Glencoe mountain ski area. Black Rock Cottage is one of the most famous white painted buildings in the Scottish Highlands. Sitting proudly in front of the Buachaille Etive Mòr mountain in Glen Coe Black Rock Cottage will remain a firm favourite with photographers and hikers who pass on the west Highland way.
