Coron limestone was formed 260 million years ago as a coral reef along the length of Southeast Asia and was part of the China Continental Crust. It was later rafted to its present location north of Palawan by tectonic movements.
They were uplifted by tectonism some 30 million years ago and then extensively eroded by waves and monsoon rains to create its present unique “karst” topography. These limestone crops rise dramatically as cathedral-like formations more 400 meters above sea level.

Panaderias are neighborhood bakeries found across the Philippines, offering fresh, affordable breads daily. A beloved staple is pandesal, soft bread rolls often eaten for breakfast. These family-run shops serve as community hubs, where locals gather each morning for warm bread and conversation. With open counters and simple setups, panaderias reflect the warmth and traditions of Filipino daily life.
I wish we had these in the US.
One of the most beautiful islands I have ever been. :D
Partially between Busuanga and Culion islands, Coron Island faces the Sulu Sea and forms the eastern side of Coron Bay. It is about 20 kilometres (12 mi) long from north to south, and 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) at its widest point.
It is a wedge-shaped mountainous island, dominated by steep cliffs and Karst rock formations made of Permian limestone of Jurassic origin that comprises about 70% of its area. Another 25% is rolling hills, while only 5% is relatively flat. There are 11 lakes nestled in the rugged terrain, of which 3 have underground connections to the sea. There are a few mangroves in coastal areas. Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coron_Island
Nahum 1:7
"“The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.”
I always tell my family almost every morning reminding them to pray , even a short prayer of protection, the covering of the blood of Jesus before they start the day, leave the house / start work/ study. When we prays and ask for protection from the Lord and by faith we believe it God is faithful to His word and angels / link angels are their for protection and all sorts from God to keep us away from danger.
Lately , one morning my husband just missed a big road accident which involve several cars in a just less than a minute difference during the morning rush hour.
Praise God for the protection.
Friend we never know when ... make sure everyday is like the last day , you are cleansed and be ready . It's good , reassuringly so peaceful in hour hearts and soul, no money can buy it or neither redeem such peace we have when we finally knew and realized we are truly reconciled to our maker, and nothing to be afraid of in whatever comes.
My absolute fear is loosing myself , I mean dying without
God , living with a hidden sin in me unforgiven . The devil always tells lies through his minions in the flesh that there's no God and dragging many with him to his damnation which is coming. This may sound silly of those who purely purely trust in Science that makes reasons to prove God doesn't exist and philosophical rhetorics of vain glory of the knowledge and pride of man, which make them fall into the trap of their own pride, as Lucifer did . That in the end God would make them absolute fools and forever be damned.
I didn't have to die to go to heaven
I just had to go home
