I have studied physics, nutrition, and nature for a while and that is why I realize the importance of using natural remedies for eating and living. I favor reading nonfiction books but I like science fiction movies, especially time travel. Ten years ago I decided to study nutrition, since I want to make sure that as I aged I would know how to care for myself. I hope my e-books and writings can help you gain better health. And, if you have a question, I will gladly answer it.

Rosie is a three month old silky terrier cross that has been presenting for recurrent constipation. She required xrays and an enema today.
In the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, with symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation and abdominal pain, various home remedies can be used. In addition to suitable probiotics preparations for diet management in irritable bowel syndrome, there are also other remedies that can help with irritable bowel symptoms.
For example, herbal home remedies - such as teas or certain spices - are suitable for relieving IBS. Likewise, some adapted behaviors, such as exercise and relaxation, can also contribute to the quick relief of irritable bowel.
The most important facts in brief:
- In addition to heat, many herbs and spices can also be supportive in the treatment of IBS.
- High-fiber and swelling foods, such as psyllium and flaxseed, can naturally regulate bowel activity and improve stool consistency.
- A low FODMAP diet can reduce gastrointestinal irritation.
- Exercise, such as yoga, light jogging or swimming, helps relax the gastrointestinal tract.
Heat helps loosen up muscle spasms.
1. Warmth
Heat has long been a scientifically proven treatment for cramps. Warmth can loosen muscle tension and thus reduce cramping pain. Heat also stimulates blood and fluid circulation in the body. Swelling as well as congestion of blood or other fluids is loosened, thereby reducing pain. For this reason, heat is also well suited as a home remedy for irritable bowel syndrome.
2. Drink a lot
Drink plenty of fluids - you hear this tip again and again.
