Confidence is showing up in every single moment like you're meant to be there. Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will. Stop doubting yourself. Do it for me.

project with a tribute to Confidence.
Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.
Helen Keller
If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.
Henry David Thoreau
When you have confidence, you can have a lot of fun. And when you have fun, you can do amazing things.
Joe Namath
Education breeds confidence. Confidence breeds hope. Hope breeds peace.

It has been a busy day and I had no time to take new phtots of my cats. Therefore I post one of the photos I took last week when my niece's cats stayed with us. This is Leo on one of the scratch posts. He looks pretty confident and even quite relaxed here which shows that toward the end of their stay he had finally gotten used to the fact that he was away from home.
Schoolwork finished and broom in hand, the little seeker heads to the Quidditch pitch...

Just when you think hope is lost
And giving up is all you got
And blue turns black, your confidence is cracked
There seems no turning back from here
Sometimes there isn't an obvious explanation
Why the holiest hearts can feel the strongest palpitations
That's when you can build a bridge of light
That's what turns the wrong so right
That's when you can't give up the fight
That's when love turns night-time into day
That's when loneliness goes away
That's why you got to be strong tonight
Only love can build us a bridge of light
(from "Happy Feet Two" soundtrack)
Just you and me... in confidence. Taliane listening attentively.

I spotted this girl in the St Katherine Docks area of London and of course the red on red composition immediately stood out for me. But what else stood out was how this young lady, perhaps not beautiful in the vogue magazine sense of the word, carried with her a confidence that just made me smile. Here she was modelling for a photo being taken by her friend standing just out of frame. And yes, she was modelling! I suspect this young lady will go far!
