From February 2020. I posted a similar image made with a modified Isoly around that time.
This one is made with a Brownie Hawkeye Flash with a flipped lens and DandiPan film, expired in 1968.
I had wanted to visit Coney Island for a number of years, but the slight difficulty of getting there meant it was not very high on my priority list until now.
The island is certainly a lot bigger than I thought and it may take more than one visit to properly explore it. It reminds me a little of Pulau Ubin but a more cleaner and easier route to travel around by bicycle.
Some experimentation was done in post processing of this shot so things might look a little different from usual shot of photos.

...I'm hitting a processing block, just not happy with the way things are coming out. I went back to the Coney Island set to see if there was anything left. I deleted the last 3 shots I posted, I think this one may stay. I just need to get out and take some new flicks.
A westbound C&O freight holds for Amtrak to pass at Coney Island in Richmond Va on June 1st 1986. Coney Island interlocking is situated on a short fill section of land in the middle of the large viaduct that runs between Fulton yard and Brown's Island along the James River. To the left are the remains of Fulton Gas Works.
Just past Coney Island is Rivanna Junction, where the Amtrak train will cross over to the single main and pass Richmond's beautiful Main St station. At the time of this photo, Main St station was in disrepair and would not see Amtrak use until the early 2000s.
Since June 1st 1986 was a Sunday, we can surmise the Amtrak is train 96, "The Tidewater" from Newport News. No photographer listed, JL Sessa collection.
Coney Island’s Riegelmann Boardwalk opened in 1923.
