To make this all possible, I run the C: Drive and the MadDog off of the integrated IDE controllers on the motherboard, while Drives D: through K: are controlled by two Maxtor ATA133 PCI Local Bus IDE Controller cards with the Promise Technology chip. To power all of these drives, I am running a 600W power supply.
Audio is modest - AC97 built into the Shuttle AK31 Socket A Athlon/Duron motherboard.
Video card is an ATI 9550.

Microsoft Touch Mouse ~ Came a few days ago - I like it ~ works *exactly* like it says it's supposed to and I really like the way it looks ... the only thing missing? A programmable swipe function ~ other than that, so for, I love it ... battery life? Remains to be seen - you are able to turn it on and off via a switch on the bottom - we'll see how it goes - so far, I've forgotten to turn it off the past several days (of course) ...
