June 2012, Westport, Connecticut. I often take the photos for these grid assemblies, but the process of turning dozens of individual shots into a finished product is rather involved, so I have been falling behind. I'm churning through old files to post, archive, and/or delete (and cursing my habit of just holding down the shutter button and shooting away), and came across this set.

Pily just got a job as a sales executive a couple of months ago and she is working hard because she taking her life on her own path.
Pily's photo: 2 SB-800 on each side of the model pointing out to each white wall on the sides to soften the lights. Each flash was set to 1/4 of power and fired using Nikon's CLS system.
MizQ's photo: 1 SB-800 at 45 degrees from the back-left at TTL +0.7.
1 SB-800 at 45 degrees from the back-right at TTL +0.7
Both flashes point towards me.
And for fill light first time I use the on camera flash at -0.3
