Established back in 1995 and located right in gastown on the corner of cordova and abbot, La Casita is an authentic Mexican restaurant that offers weekly food and drink options on top of an extensive menu with practically any Mexican dish you could want! They even have event specials correlating to different concerts and events happening in Vancouver for those looking to eat before/after.
CHICKEN QUESADILLA: These handmade, folded tortillas have melted cheese and the choice of salsa mexicana, chicken, chorizo, or mushroom & onion. The quesadilla was very flavourful and delicious! The tortillas were pan fried or grilled so they were crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. We wanted some guac so we ordered a side of it.
BEEF TACOS: These tacos have soft corn tortillas with the choice of baja fish, beef sirloin, chicken, or al pastor which is pork with pineapple, onions and cilantro.
