This is the shot, or rather, the culmination of bracketed shots I was taking, when I met an interesting fellow looking to unload what sounds like a sweet deal on a D80 package.
Shouldn't it go up by 5 GB a year or 1 GB a month or something? It will become a deathgrip on your streaming video usage in time.
You see yours, go to customer.comcast.com/Secure/Home.aspx and click on "Users & Settings" (not under "Internet" like you would think).
I picked up my Comcast bill the other day, and look what it spelled! I think my cable company is trying to promote sodomy...
I have Comcast cable. Don't feel sorry for me because the service is so shitty. My X1 cable box barely even functions half the time! ... So here is the error message it threw up on the screen aptly calling itself a Shit Box.
Basically a crippled SMC box that understands DOCSIS. Really not all that great for enterprise use (no SNMP, horrific firewall, resets to DHCP on, etc. etc.)
I took this on the way home of the Comcast Center at 1701 JFK Blvd in Philly.
Wish I had something better than my iPhone's camera on me. :-P
This is a HDR of the Comcast building shot with at 17mm with the Canon 5d mark II.
I have shot similar pictures in the past but I wanted to change the angle slightly from my last version.

So, I order service online and they use a chat system where you can save the log. Everything went great, as you can see installation scheduled for Dec 8th between 12:30 and 3:30.
It's 3:30 and no one shows up. I call and they say, no you were scheduled for the 9th between 1:00 and 3:00 and was never rescheduled. WTF I have the damn chat transcript... and I can't pick up the hardware and install it myself because they won't let you do that with cable cards.
Asked for a supervisor, no one is available today, they took 20 bucks off the bill and now I have to take time off work AGAIN. :(
Update:
Thanks to @comcastcares on twitter and his amazing powers of support escalaction, I got a call from Comcast Corporate (?) who was confused and not quite sure why my issue got to her desk saying I did something on the internet. :) She actually managed to get techs to come out at 7:40pm! Unfortunately, they had no cable cards because the warehouse was closed this late at night... However, they did setup the two cable boxes and will come back tomorrow with the cable cards. So, I'll still have to take time off from work tomorrow. Hopefully it won't take long since it's half done.
