In an amusing turn of events, post the Ike storm, my cable TV is not working yet my internet is perfect.
I still hate Comcast. Their customer service has improved in leaps and bounds. Now if only their service could follow suite. Day 78 is spent trying to get the basic cable to work. We have pretty much cut the cord, just want local news. Is that too much to ask.

This amazing screen sits over the reception desk in the lobby of the Comcast Center. The screen changes scenes and animations every few minutes. Something was wrong with two parts of the screen - notice how green they are.

Comcast cable out using good equipment to ruin someone's day. My experience with them has been awful.
