A Câmara de Vereadores de Itajaí aprovou, em primeira discussão e com 15 votos favoráveis, o Projeto de Lei Ordinária nº 268/2025, de autoria do vereador Bruno da Saúde (MDB). O projeto cria o Dia Municipal da Pessoa com Síndrome de Down em Itajaí, a ser comemorado anualmente em 21 de março.
De acordo com o projeto, o objetivo da data é conscientizar a população sobre a importância da inclusão social das pessoas com Síndrome de Down, incentivar ações educativas e de promoção dos direitos e oportunidades igualitárias.
O projeto passará por uma segunda discussão e, se for aprovado, será encaminhado ao Executivo.
Servidores do Executivo poderão receber gratificação por conclusão de ensino superior
A Câmara de Vereadores de Itajaí aprovou, em primeira discussão e com 14 votos favoráveis, o Projeto de Lei Ordinária nº 2/2026, de autoria do Executivo Municipal. O projeto concede a Gratificação por Conclusão de Curso de Graduação (GCCG) para os servidores que concluírem o ensino superior.
A gratificação de 10% do salário-base será concedida aos servidores públicos efetivos que ocupem cargos de nível de escolaridade fundamental ou médio e que não recebam vantagem equivalente. Para receber a gratificação, o servidor deverá fazer o requerimento e apresentar cópia autenticada do diploma de graduação.

Existe sinalização específica na via sobre limite de velocidade, circulação de ciclistas e de veículos autopropelidos? O parlamentar solicita que a Autoridade Portuária, atualmente sob gestão da Companhia das Docas do Estado da Bahia, e o Superintendente do Porto de Itajaí, informem: qual o procedimento adotado para evitar gargalos na movimentação de caminhões dentro do Porto de Itajaí? Há agendamento eletrônico, controle prévio de acesso ou janelas operacionais para distribuição do fluxo ao longo do dia? Há monitoramento em tempo real do número de veículos no pátio interno e nos acessos? Existem estudos sobre o reflexo do trânsito de caminhões no trânsito do município? Procede a informação de que apenas duas das quatro balanças do Gate 2 estavam em funcionamento? As balanças já foram consertadas? O vereador solicita que o prefeito e o Serviço Municipal de Água, Saneamento Básico e Infraestrutura (Semasa) informem: qual percentual do território e da população e Itajaí que está conectado à rede de esgoto? Qual o percentual de implantação da rede de esgoto, considerando o cronograma inicial? Quantas ruas já possuem rede coletora e quantos dos domicílios conectados à rede foram vistoriados e validados pelos fiscais responsáveis, garantindo a conexão correta? A tarifa de coleta e tratamento de esgoto é cobrada somente após a validação da ligação do imóvel, ou a cobrança inicia após a conclusão da obra da rede na respectiva rua? Existe um cronograma público atualizado das obras de expansão da rede de esgoto? Quantos fiscais ou equipes técnicas são responsáveis pela verificação das ligações domiciliares ao sistema de esgoto? Qual o prazo médio entre a conclusão da rede de esgoto em uma rua e a vistoria final das ligações domiciliares? Quantos imóveis já foram notificados para realizar a ligação obrigatória ao sistema público de esgotamento sanitário? E quais são as próximas regiões ou bairros previstos para receber a implantação da rede de esgoto?

Com 15 votos favoráveis, foi aprovado o Requerimento nº 38/2026, do vereador Pedro Molleri (PL), para que a Secretaria Municipal de Educação informe: de que forma é garantido atualmente o acesso à água potável nas unidades escolares da rede pública municipal? Quantas unidades escolares utilizam bebedouros com filtro ligados à rede e quantas utilizam bombonas de água mineral ou outros sistemas alternativos para fornecimento de água potável aos estudantes? Nos casos em que são utilizadas bombonas, há contrato ou procedimento administrativo para aquisição e reposição de água? Nos casos de bebedouros com filtros ligados à rede, existe contrato vigente ou procedimento administrativo destinado à instalação, manutenção ou substituição dos equipamentos utilizados? Há controle ou monitoramento por parte da Secretaria quanto à disponibilização de água potável aos estudantes e servidores nas unidades escolares? Caso existam unidades com dificuldades no acesso regular à água potável, quais medidas estão sendo adotadas pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação para solucionar a situação e qual a previsão para regularização?

O médico Nefrologista, Mauro Cesar de Azevedo Machado, da Associação Renal Vida, utilizou a tribuna da Câmara de Vereadores de Itajaí para falar sobre o Dia Mundial do Rim, comemorado em 12 de março. O especialista destacou informações sobre prevenção, diagnóstico precoce e tratamento de doença renal crônica, além dos atendimentos realizados pela associação.
O médico explicou que quando o rim começa a perder sua funcionalidade não apresenta sintomas. Mas que conforme avança a doença, prejudica outros sistemas, como o circulatório. Entre as causas mais comuns da falência renal estão a pressão arterial e diabetes. Com diagnóstico precoce, feito com exames de sangue e de urina, é possível evitar ou reduzir a progressão de danos.
O tratamento da doença renal crônica é feito por meio de diálise ou de transplante renal. Atualmente, a Renal Vida faz uma média mensal de 4750 sessões de hemodiálise. Aproximadamente 96% dos pacientes são tratados pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
