A nice colour combination of red, blue, white and yellow architecture surprised me when the Hoho bus stopped near some houses in the city for traffic in Rethymno.

Taken with a vintage lens and manually focused. Some areas are slightly out of focus, but this adds to the impressionistic haze

Premier Inn Blackfriars Staircase, this time seen from below. I increased the saturation of the blues a tad because i liked the colourcombination blue-brown.

A good friend brought my partner a massive bunch of Delphiniums for her birthday and these flower heads fell off the stems. She was going to throw them away - but, of course, I had other ideas.😊Natural light. Tripod.

I've been knitting hats for premature babies in hospital. They're

tiny! I'm enjoying putting different colour combinations together.

I've stopped knitting for the moment, as it's too hot!

This is one of the sickest Ferrari 430 Scuderia I've seen until now. Gray with yellow striping and brake-calipers looks really awesome! I've seen a full-matte-black one and a black one with yellow stripes as well so far, but this is just better-looking, imo. What do you think about the colour??

Here you can see the result of another wonderful shooting with Martina at Bens d'Avall/Mallorca. Original colours, SOOC (pp only dust spot removement and Topaz Denoise 5 at "jpeg.light" for noise reduction). I like this shot a lot... and i'm still surprised about the colourful results.

Weekly Theme Challenge ~ Colour Combination

Thank you to everyone who pauses long enough to look at my photo. Any comments or Faves are very much appreciated.

Many peolpe reckon the F430 is still better looking than the 458 Italia but I am not one of these.

Although this F430 Spider is the best one I've ever seen.

In my mind argento nürburgring is the best colour you can order for any Ferrari. It looks so gorgeous, especially with a red interior.

I totally fall in love with this colourcombination - this would be exactly my choice.

The owner is pretty nice and promised Frankenspotter to take him for a ride next year.

Well the engine of the 458 is better, the doublecluch-system of the 458 is far better than the old F1 transmission in the F430.

Nevertheless the F430 has got something I'd call the last love.

It may be a bit oldfashioned in some ways but still an astonishing car and piece of engineering.

My mother always said, "Blue and green should not be seen, without a colour in between." Fortunately, this Australasian Swamphen has its red beak and head-shield to satisfy the demands of colour propriety.

The Water Hyacinth in Oxley Creek Common has exploded exponentially of late and now covers a complete lagoon.

BTW ... I always felt that it was red and green which should be frowned upon!

Gedurende een aantal minuten 'draait' er een lichtprogramma op de Burj Al Arab. Het begint met een aantal flikkerende lichtjes die het lichtspel aankondigen. Daarna regenboogkleuren en langzaam komt iedere kleur in zijn geheel voorbij. Ik heb daar een uur gestaan omdat ik niet wist hoe laat het begon en heb daadwerkelijk alle kleurencombinaties op de foto gezet. Geen photoshop gebruikt dus.

During a couple of minutes there is a sort of lightshow on the Burj Al Arab. It starts with flickering lights, then the rainbowcolours and then single colours. I stood there for one hour, not knowing when the show would start. I photographed every colourcombination..... I did not use photoshop to clour the hotel.

I took this photo yesterday in the beautiful sunshine and when it was lovely and warm. Thankfully, I did shoot this yesterday as today, it is still lovely and warm but we've been having some rain and thunder!!
