This was taken on a busy main road looking towards a large woodland area, the colour was more vibrant on the roadside than inside the woodland that remained green.

Colour enhanced architecture in Christchurch.
Christchurch is the largest city in the South Island of New Zealand.
The city suffered a series of earthquakes between September 2010 and January 2012, with the most destructive of them occurring on 22 February 2011, in which 185 people were killed and thousands of buildings across the city collapsed or suffered severe damage.
By late 2013, 1,500 buildings in the city had been demolished, leading to ongoing recovery and rebuilding projects across the city.
This shot was a happy accident. I was on route one morning to shoot the sunrise at Loch Leven in Perthshire when as I crested a hill I caught sight of this view in the rear view mirror. I was concerned that if I stopped I would be late for the sunrise on site and miss out on the planned shot. I was about half way down the other side of the hill when I decided to stop and go back for the shot at the hilltop. I’m really please I did because not only did I catch some fantastic clouds and colour in the sky when I did finally make it to the loch it was completely hidden under the thick blanket of mist in this image. Good call!
After a week of sub-zero temperatures, ice and snow I thought it was time for some colour :)
Many thanks for all the kind comments and faves :)))

I'm gonna turn from the start line
And then we're leaving, we're leaving
'Cause you told me that the stars are mine
You didn't mean, didn't mean it
'Cause you left me with tears in my eyes
And you left like a thief in the night
I'm falling and I'm fighting
Do you feel, do you feel it?
I remember all the lies you made
And I believed, I believed it
Tried to paint in the darker shade
But I don't need, I don't need it
Don't colour my heart with blues and greys
Don't tell me that I'm not ok
Don't colour me with your shades
Don't colour my heart 'cause I'll make it through
No more tears for you
Shameless sea
Aimlessly so blue
Midnight-moon shines for you
Still, marooned
Silence drifting through
Nowhere to choose
Just blue...
Ceaselessly
Star-crossed you and me
Save our souls
We'll be forever blue
Waves roll
Lift us in blue
Drift us
Seep right through
And colour us blue
Wait for me
Shameless you, the sea
Soon, the Blue
So soon...
Soon, the Blue
So soon...

Helios 44M-7 at F2. When I ask myself whether or not I dream in colour, I am surprised to discover that I am not sure about the answer. I certainly can dream in colour. But most of the time, if I am not mistaken, the matter of colour is irrelevant. Perhaps dreaming and photography, in my case at least, have this in common. Often, colour is not relevant. Sometimes again, it is. And then I am not sure about it.
Add a bit of colour and people don't notice the clutter. Alley way in Hong Kong.
