Same as the first, this is what soap looks like in its mold 24 hours after it is made!
It will have to be cut and cured for a month before it's ready to use.
During that time, it expels water and hardens, and comes down in pH.
This loaf of olive oil cold process soap came out as a complete surprise for me, as I was trying to create black and white, however since I did not blend the black enough, and used a touch of blue to the black, there is some blue swirling going on in this bar as well. I think the overall effect is quite pleasing.
Cold process soap scented with Lily of the Valley. Colored with kaolin and French green clays and green tea.
Chocolate Raspberry Cream Roll... sweet raspberries, buttery marshmallow creme, and bittersweet chocolate make this one smell DELISH! It should be noted that the lovely brown layer was obtained with the use of real cocoa. The "berry" filling is surrounded by chocolate and and a creamy top layer with raspberry swirls to make this soap as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the nose. Please... don't eat the soap.
This is the base soap that all my creations start with. Pure and simple! It is a moisturizing, vegan, Castile soap. This can be used for bathing, shampooing, laundry, and dishes! It is just like your Grandma used to make, but probably a little gentler.
Ice soap is even cooler (hard to believe!) than my peppermint ice soap. It's got eucalyptus and camphor oils in addition to the peppermint. Colors are from indigo and canadian glacial clay.
Smooth and soothing! All is right with the world when you are around this fragrance. This is the blend that reminds us that “All things work in a divine order”. Great for the soul as well as the skin.
