Card #5 for the Fall Coffeelovers blog hop. Background is watercolor paper with distress ink and leaves embossingfolder. Cup die is from Stamplorations as well as the sentiment. Spider from Stampa Rosa. The leaves are the tattered leaves by Tim Holtz.
Bring on the coffee! I made this highly caffeinated card for Paper Craft Crew challenge 307 using Simon Says Stamp's Coffee & Tea set and Doodlebug Design's Cream & Sugar product suite, all from an older SSS Card Kit. Coffee must be the most celebrated drink in cardmaking😂. Wine, beer, cocktail-themed stamps seem to come and go with the seasons, but coffee always hangs around. I'm sharing another card using @heroarts #mymonthlyhero August 2018 kit. I just love the foam effect of the Puff powder and lacquer together. All elements are from the kit except the mini doilies from @crafterscompus and wood herringbone patterned paper from my stash. I'm also entering this card in @simonsaysstamp Wednesday challenge. ❤️☕️

“Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind; and therefore is winged Cupid painted blind.” - William Shakespeare
Ahh, coffeehouse coffee. I love this cafe scene die from @heroarts #mymonthlyhero August 2018 kit. I did some quick and loose watercoloring with markers and Distress inks, added a few layers and a frame, and yes, the "wall" was cut out of the kit's packaging (#wastenot, 😂). And isn't that sentiment the truth?
