Fall brings out some the best skies all year and this day was no exception. T007 rolls west through Black Earth Wisconsin with a monster train, 75 cars with 71 going to ADM in Boscobel. Let the grain roll folks.

Ladies rock outer space! Vote to make this a real LEGO set: ideas.lego.com/projects/147876

This vignette of astronauts Sally Ride and Mae Jemison is part of "Women of NASA," a project on the LEGO Ideas contest celebrating five pioneering women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. A physicist by training, Ride became the first American woman in space in 1983. After retiring as a NASA astronaut, she founded an educational company focusing on encouraging children — especially girls — to pursue the sciences. Jemison, trained as a medical doctor, became the first African-American woman in space in 1992. After retiring from NASA, Jemison established a company that develops new technologies and encourages students in the sciences.

If this project receives 10,000 votes, you could soon buy one at a LEGO store near you!

The full Women of NASA set includes three additional minifigures — of Katherine Johnson, Margaret Hamilton, and Nancy Grace Roman — plus vignettes including a microscale Hubble Space Telescope, instruments of the Apollo era, and a recreation of a famous photo depicting the reams of code that sent humans to the moon.

To see the full set and to vote, visit: ideas.lego.com/projects/147876. Thanks for your support!
