(Wien/Kohlmarkt)
After making a pickup at the Midway, Florida, rock yard M746 is returning to Tallahassee's B yard with a nearly 50 car train of local traffic from BASF in Quincy and rock empties from Midway just east of town. It was a cloudy day, but the sun had broken through the clouds below the tree line making for one heck of a sunset shot with the still in use code-line completing a shot I had wanted since last June. Getting standard cab power is a nice bonus as well.
D26013. During the dark days of World War II, a major challenge was knowing in advance what the enemy was up to and, at the same, not letting them know what we were up to! The Germans used Enigma and other coding machines with the belief that the coded messages created were unbreakable. Unbeknown to them however, some very clever folk at a top secret location were breaking the Enigma and other coded messages and the Typex machines were amongst the tools they used. The Typex machines, like the German Enigma machines, were coding machines but improvements over Enigma made the messages far more secure and difficult to break. The ‘top secret’ location is no longer a secret and is now a museum open to the public. It’s at Bletchley Park, a country estate around 50 miles north of London code named ‘Station X’ during the war and A visit is highly recommended; more details can be found here: bletchleypark.org.uk/ Monday, 17th October, 2022. Meet Alfred Newman, 3rd Marine Division, WWII. Mr. Newman, 91, is one of the eleven remaining Navajo Code Talkers from World War II. He signed a book for me, 'It Had To Be Done', a collection of stories from the code talkers themselves. Learn more about what's being done to preserve this legacy at www.dinecodetalkers.com or facebook.com/DineCodeTalkers. It was such an honor to meet Alfred and I have to admit, I had a good cry afterwards. I have a special place in my heart for all WWII veterans. We are slowly loosing them....ask questions, let them teach us.

The workman talks to a fellow colleague on his walkie talkie in an enclosed room surrounded by windows. The reflection on the silhouetted man echoes the rectangles nature of the windows behind him.

This is a code 3 model I have painted for somebody.
The livery is based on Transdev Keighley and District, but does not have any branding. The fleet number and reg number are fictitious.
As far as greens go, this green hasn't turned out too bad! Maybe I should do a full Transdev Keighley model
I've adopted varying workouts that get your heartrate up and down, up and down… but I have to write them out in short-hand or I will forget what goes in what order!
Hey, guyz! I haven't done any pasties for awhile, so I figured you guys have waited long enough. Here is the second group of crazy, silly and awkward things to put on your weapons. Gotta make 'em laugh!
100% PMG and 99% No white shapes (cookie launcher barrel is the 1%)

Codes are all keys to a mystery that will be unveiled after the thirty-seventh codes. Codes all have an odd number, and publication is not in order of their number.
Les Codes sont autant de clés d'un mystère qui sera dévoilé après le trente-septième codes. Les codes ont tous un nombre impair et leur publication ne se fait pas dans l'ordre de leur numéro.
A selection of my code for a course/my thesis. The editor is Kate under Kubuntu Linux.
This part has always seemed nice and colourful to me so I decided I would try to make something of it.
Woody orders Sarge to call out his troops and find out what Andy is getting for his birthday.
This was done using the Woody Minifigure Alarm Clock which is a lot more to scale to the green army men than the real Woody minifig.
Have Lion, Will Travel
This photo of the most famous (or maybe just “only”) flying lion ever—Gilmore, the Gilmore Oil Company mascot—with famed racing pilot and bon vivant Roscoe Turner and two of Turner’s aircraft, a Lockheed Model 3 Air Express (background) and his Wedell-Williams Model 44 racer. Turner flew with Gilmore as a cub—and, who, after the Humane Society complained, got his own custom parachute. Gilmore flew with Turner for nine months, mostly in the Air Express, until December 1930, before growing too big. He logged more than 25,000 miles in the air before his retirement. Gilmore briefly lived in a cage at the Burbank Airport and was eventually retired to a wildlife preserve. He died in 1950 and is currently in cold storage—along with the Apollo moon suits—at the National Air and Space Museum. Seven Air Express—with its unique parasol wing—were built. lockheedmartin.com/codeone
