A second generation F-unit offering for this week. Seen at Mimico on 23 March 1991 amid rows of GO commuter consists and stored equipment is VIA F40PH-2 combo 6457 and 6425 with a power car and set of conventional coaches used in Corridor service.

New on the road at Owen's is this Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Altas / EVM Cityline, RX26 NLF. It wears the new Bws Powys livery, but sadly a this point in time has no branding. It works various Powys tenders and as part of this reaches Oswestry on a Wednesday and Friday only as 73 Llanfair Caereinion - Oswestry, does two loops 78 Oswestry - Llansilin - Oswestry and then back to Llanfair Caereinion as captured here. The blind however locked on the Owen's Coaches flash between the destination on the 73.
With an outboard in one hand, and a megaphone in the other, this guy is coaching this coxless quad scull on the Thames. They are passing Chelsea Harbour, heading towards Putney.

I originally posted this in 2015, but I thought it needed more editing. It was a very gray day with an uninteresting sky. There were no buildings in the background, just gray sky. So I did a complete background replacement using a shot I'd gotten on the same street. I blurred the building with the Photoshop lens blur filter -- it was originally sharp.

With a sea of cars in view, Burlington Northern NW2 476 goes to work switching Amtrak's Chicago coach yard in August 1976. The ex-Great Northern unit was handling a small cut of cars, likely getting them ready to head out of town. A mix of cars of practically all types are visible (sleepers, diners, baggage cars, coaches), with the most prominent being Dome 5-1-3 Sleeper 9202 "Sunlight Dome", a 1948 Budd product originally built for the Chesapeake & Ohio.

In the hands of her mother, Amy, Addison Pervine is lifted out of the tub to be dried off after her Wednesday morning bath. Keeping Addi and her environment clean is a constant effort because she is greatly at risk from common illness. Because of her heart condition, we have to make sure she doesn't get sick. . . Any respiratory illness would cause hospitilization and could be fatal for her, said Amy Pervine.
The weekend of March 5th/6th 2022 saw a big rail replacement operation centred on Woking and stretching out to Basingstoke, Guildford, Weybridge and Aldershot.
I didn't much spare time this weekend so my prime target was to snap Falcon Coaches Volvo B5TL / MCV eVoSeti LF71DKV, a bus which normally only sees school work.

May 20th was the start "Steam Kickoff" weekend at the Illinois Railway Museum with J Neils Lumber Company 5 and Frisco 1630 fired up for the season.
Frisco 2-10-0 1630 pulls the coach train into the depot at Spaulding Tower and the west leg of the wye which is protected by ex-CNW dwarf semaphores.

1932 Bugatti Type 50T Coach Profilee. This is one of only two examples remaining. It is on display at the Louwman Museum in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Standing outside the front door working on casting a spell for a coach stop laughing now grins... not all of us witches are bad at this sort of thing you know.....
But am now thinking this pumpkin might be a bit small and not much seems to be happening ,fun trying though..
