Irizar Group is a Spanish-based manufacturer of luxury buses and coaches. Established in 1889, the company is located in Ormaiztegi in the Basque Country, Spain. With a commercial presence in over 90 countries, its turnover exceeded 600 million euros in 2017.
It is the market-leading builder of coach vehicle bodies in Spain (with a market share of over 40%), and ranks second in Europe, its coach bodies being available in many parts of the world. Apart from its main plant in the Basque Country, which produces around 1400 bodies per year, Irizar also has factories in other countries: in Skhirat (Morocco), Botucatu (Brazil), Querétaro (México) and Centurion (South Africa). Together they have a production of over 3,500 bodies and integral vehicles per year. The IrÃzar group also owns Hispacold, which makes air conditioning systems for coaches, and Masats, makers of automated bus and coach doors and ramps.

- Slow AF. Cruising speed on the motorway is below 85kph.
- Excellent seats.
- Seat pitch/legroom is great.
- Air-conditioning is good.

- Legroom is horrible.
- Cruising speed is excellent which is kinda fast. Absolutely better than Bataan Transit's cruising speed.
- A/C is good.

- Very good legroom/seat pitch
- Seats are bigger than Hyundai Universe's overall seats
- Decent speed
Ipswich Buses no.1 is seen exiting the depot on some form of short trip out - I ventured out to Ipswich to photograph the unbranded Tempos this was a nice treat to see! It returned a few hours later.

An interesting lift back home last month.
Trip report:
- Seats are very tight. Expected from a 3x2 seating layout.
- Seat pitch is horrible.
- A/C is very cold. Even colder than newer coaches.
- Speed is a bit fast. Left the bus terminal 6:10PM, arrived at my destination in just 50 minutes from the usual 1hr 15 minutes travel time.

Ipswich Coachlines no.3 is seen near Eight Ash Green Holiday Inn running not in service, happened to see this whilst seeing the 2 B9 Geminis unusually allocated to the 88s and also 259 on the 83B!!
