La Plaza Redonda, diseñada por Salvador Escrig, es un icónico e histórico espacio circular en el centro de Valencia.
Ubicada en el barrio de El Mercado (Ciutat Vella), se caracteriza por sus puestos de artesanía, mercería y encajes alrededor de una fuente central, ofreciendo un ambiente tradicional tras su rehabilitación.
Creada en el siglo XIX, es un ejemplo único de "plaza mayor" con una estructura perfectamente circular con un diámetro de aproximadamente 37 metros.
Conocida también en el pasado como Plaza del Clot, Plaza Nueva, Circular, de la Regencia o Plaza del Cid.
Este rincón pintoresco ha sabido mantener su encanto, fusionando la tradición comercial con una arquitectura singular, convirtiéndose en un punto de referencia para turistas y locales por igual.

The "Clot de les Soleres" is a small natural winery run by Carles and Montse Mora on the Heretat Ferrer de la Vall estate in Piera (Penedès), producing wines since 2008 from 23 hectares of organically and biodynamically farmed, unirrigated vineyards. Their minimalist approach — no additives, no added sulphites, spontaneous fermentation — yields single-varietal wines from traditional Catalan grapes like Xarel·lo and Macabeu that aim to express the land as purely as possible.
