Last of my flea market finds. I think it might be a clone Kiddle. No wires or markings. Arms and legs are jointed--held together by a thick piece of plastic between the legs and arms. Cute tho...perhaps Maddie's?

A batch of anchor steam. Mine came out more foamy, a bit more cloudy and slightly better flavor. The real deal seemed a bit scorched. The cloudiness in mine came from stalling the batch at 1.020SG by racking to secondary too early. I had to restart with a vile of cooper's ale yeast in the fridge from another batch. I imagine another week or two in the fridge will probably clean it up.

2 oz Styrian Goldings (60 min)
2 oz Styrian Goldings (30 min)
2 oz Hallertau (20 min)
2 oz Hallertau (10 min)
Fermented with yeast harvested from Rochefort 10 bottles
Mash Schedule
122 (30 min)
155 (60 min)
Added 1lb of dark Belgian sugar after 3 days of fermentation.
