If you want us to clone your dog then initially, you need to preserve the gene of your dog through the process of genetic preservation. The first step is the transfer of genetic information from a cell of the donor dog, to an egg, which has been stripped of its cell nucleus. That is, the genetic information of the egg is supplanted with the genetic information of the donor dog. With stimulation, the ‘asexually’ produced zygote starts dividing into a multicellular embryo. When this embryo is sufficiently developed, it is planted into the uterus of a surrogate mother dog. The rest of the development of the embryo happens just like a normal pregnancy. Many dog owners around the world have already preserved their dog gene to gain reproductive services later on.

Dog cloning opens an opportunity for dog owners to prolong their relationship with their pets. This idea is generated from a thought that many pet owners cannot imagine their life without them; because they become a member of their families. Dog cloning is simply a twining of a dog genetically that it does not contain any changes to the genetics of your the original. This goes through a simple first step called Genetic Preservation Process. That process brings out cells and those cells are then stored and frozen in a storage container The cost to store a pet's cells ranges from 100 to 300 USD per year.
Clone is referred as the outcome animal from the clonation procedure. This can occur naturally with bacterium producing offspring asexually when a fertilized egg splits, through the DNA replication. This way natural "clones" can occur. Dog cloning help us to replenishing and reintroducing animals that are no longer with us.
tried doing the cloning using photoshop. hehe..ouh,this one isn't from my camera. i used my laptop's webcam.
The dolls are both "Basaak" clones, one has been sanded and has a lip sticker and blush and a Licca body the other is right out of the box. The scalps have no glue and are interchangeable. I think if I stay with the same brand clone I'll be able to have "mix & match" dolls, too much fun!!!
I thought it was time to let you know where all the cloned kitties come from.

This is my first attempt cloning using microsoft research group shot. The cloning process took about five minutes with great results. Got this idea from lightscapes
where she had a tutorial on how it's done.

La simpatica e goliardica guerra tra clonatori, impostori e truffatori (ovvero di tutta quella gente che si definisce "perbbbbene") è solo agli inizi a quanto pare, ma già merita di essere degnamente celebrata.

C'è chi va in TV tra televendite e Peg Perego a raccontare la vita che a nessuno interessa (e credetemi non potrebbe mai essere invidiata) o che semplicemente aspira a essere solo la "copia" di quella degli altri; chi fa beneficienza per qualsiasi associazione benefica, magari per mettere a posto la propria coscienza (compromessa?) bisognosa unicamente di egoistico protagonismo, o chi la beneficienza la fa all'industria vinicola o al primo bisognoso di "affetto", soprattutto quando ci si trova a sentirsi tanto soli.
Ma potrei citare anche le mirabolanti virtù di proprietari di SIM pagate da suoceri facoltosi, con annessi cagnolini al guinzaglio, o di owner che si vantano di traffico che nella realtà è fatto solo da bot, camping ed xploder, altrimenti detentori o gestori di land completamente vuote.
Insomma delle belle persone, delle "Stelle". E' la serata giusta per venirle a celebrare. Vi aspettiamo, pochi ma buoni, almeno stavolta.

The friendly and goliardic war between cloners, impostors and swindlers (i.e. all those people who call themselves "good behavior") seems to be just at the beginning, but equally it deserves to be celebrated with dignity.

There are those who go on TV between TeleShopping and Peg Perego to tell the story of a life that no one minds (and, believe me, that life could never be envied) or who simply wants to be just a "copy" of everyoneelse's life, who makes charity for any Association, perhaps to tidy up their own (compromised?) conscience, only needy of selfish protagonism, or who makes charity to the winery industry or to the 1st one in need of "affection", especially when ther's someone feeling so alone.
But I could also mention the amazing virtues of those owners of SIM that are paid by wealthy parents-in-law, with included puppies attached to the leash, or owners who boast of having traffic that is in fact made by bots, camping and xploder, otherwise they'd be owners or managers of empty lands.
Well,these are nice persons, these are "Stars". It is the right night to come and celebrate them. You are invited, the few but good ones, at least this time.
