Mmm, I wasn't very enthusiastic tonight.
Two snaps. That's it.
Rush job on the merge. Spotted a mistake. Tough.
"Look Palpi, Emperor... Sir... I know you are very much into this clone-thing but... seriously... that's kind of... mmm ... I'm not too comfortable about this... you see?"

My custom clone design applied as water-slide decal.
Should I put this in my store?
Should I add different markings to it?
In real life the 'somatic cell nuclear transfer', as the standard cloning technique is known, is a lot harder than it sounds.
On paper you take a cell from the tree you want to clone and extract the DNA. Put that material into an unfertilized egg, which has had its own DNA removed. Trick this composite seed into dividing, usually with a shock of electricity, then let it grow in the lab for a few days. If this works plant it in the woods then the 'Mystery' begins......
My work is not simply the product of separate responces to the spirits we have given to the trees, it reveals some of the robustness of symbolisms we share with other cultures past and present as well as nature's place in the renewal and regeneration of our imagination.
But you should not have to display human symbolism in nature to prove life existence beyond ourselves.

I have no information on this little gal. She has a twist waist and rooted eyelashes and came in an unmarked baggie. She's wearing a vintage clone or maybe handmade outfit.

I was bored, so I started messing around with Star Wars minifig parts, and this was the end product.
Me myself and I plus some more took a day in our mountain to play with our cameras. They found something interresting on the ground, I found a buch of clones.
Hello there! I finally finished my Republic Gunship or laat. As time went on I became increasingly dissatisfied with my older gunship moc and I wanted to build an updated version. I also built this in a slightly smaller scale as I plan to build some much larger clone vehicles to scale with this in the future. Anyway, I hope you like it!

Got bored one Sunday. Hope you guys enjoy me being crazy around my apartment.
Shot with Canon T3i and the "crappy" 18-55 lens. I think I had it set to the 18mm.
Trying to make more with me coming into contact and interacting with myself more. I have a body double girl to help me. I will post that if I can make it work. : )
A sampling of some of the parts I'll be sending to the first person to take up the Clone/Mod Challenge. I'll be selecting prospective players in the next couple of weeks off a short list I've made. Stay tuned...
I got this idea for doing a picture when i was watering my plants. I think one of them died. Anyway, I wanted to try clones again. Surprisingly this didn't require a whole lot of photoshop. A couple of minutes is all it took to merge the 4 pictures together. I can see quite a few mistakes in this. For example, the tiny bit of chair right next to my leg that seems to be coming out of nowhere. Next time, i'll make sure I clean my dining room before i start shooting. But for now, please try to ignore the mess :)
Previously I have only done one clone picture. I was rather happy with it but had (due to my own error) got it in too late for the digital challenge contest. Of course when you have a good result you always have to do the prequel, and this shows how the sextuplet clones came about.
The first one out wanted the camera job (yes, the same one that took the other clone picture) and somehow mananged to clone a bit of shirt, but the others just ripped their way through or came out a pocket.
Expect more cloning pictures once the dizziness has worn off.
Another one from the archives. This little board-and-a-rope swing can be found in the foothills of Sierra Madre, California. No idea how long it's been there, but any time i go for a walk up there, i make sure to give it a go. Nothing makes me feel freer than swinging. Even if i end up with splinters in my ass.
