The Cleveland Clinic Las Vegas. A great example of modern architecture. I’ve taken shots here before, but this is the first time I’ve seen it at night. Petty about that street lamp right in the middle.
This superb building is a brain injury clinic in Las Vegas. I went there just at sunrise to get the golden reflections of the silver metalic building. I took a lot of shots of the building alone, and you can see one on my Instagram account (johnpow37) but I suspect those will be identical to ever other shot of this remarkable buidling so I tried to find a different composition. I think the traffic lights add a nice frame and also ground it in reality. The moving traffic gives it a sense of dynamism, although the big orange sign might be a step too far. Please let me know what you think.

Manicomio di R. i did a revisit during my holiday.
This clinic was built in the end of the 19th century. It was first used as a hospital for the mentally ill and later it was used as a military academy.
The building we visited was known as the building where also people were treated with electroshock therapy and operations to the nervous system.
I can imagine a lot of pain and suffering within these walls.
the clinic closed it’s doors in the end of the 20th century when many of these asylums had to close their doors.
Revisited this location in August 2014
These three buildings make up part of the Mayo Clinic's downtown campus in Rochester, MN. The buildings left to right are Siebens building, Plummer building, and The Mayo building.

On the Great West Road. around the corner from the Old Gillette factory. Built in 1932.its on what is known apparently as the Golden Mile of Art Deco -Syon Lane to Chiswick.
this photo was taken 5 minutes after the officer used his emergency lights just to get through a long red light. I'll admit, that really agitates me... especially when we're nowhere near the Cleveland Clinic campus.
